Principle: Purchase as Examined

At LillTschudi.sale, every purchase and sale is conducted directly and personally. This gives you as a buyer the important opportunity to thoroughly and carefully examine each Lill Tschudi artwork before acquisition. You make your purchase decision based on personal inspection of the piece.

For this reason, all sales are final upon completion of the transaction. A general right of return is excluded, as the condition and characteristics of the work have been examined and accepted by you before purchase.

Exceptional Cases and Procedure

A return will only be considered in the rare case that a Lill Tschudi artwork demonstrably and significantly deviates from the information provided at the time of purchase (e.g., regarding authenticity). A simple return due to dissatisfaction is not possible.

Should you suspect such a case, we ask you to contact us immediately. For an examination, we require the following conditions:

• Contact: You must inform us directly after discovering the defect, but no later than within a reasonable period.
• Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid purchase receipt from LillTschudi.sale.
• Condition: The artwork must be in exactly the same condition as at the time of purchase. Any damage occurring after the purchase excludes return.
